Interview
I had a virtual video interview, a phone interview, and a zoom interview as well as completing several rounds of documentation online testing. Their process is very thorough and naturally requires background checks due to the handling of customer financial documents.

Question 1
How you provided benefits to a customer that they were not expecting.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
