Recorded interview with Hirevue, phone screening with HR, in person interview with FA, 75 question online personality and capability assessment. Both the recorded interview and the in person one had so many canned questions that didn’t seem applicable to my experience.

Question 1
Tell us about a time that you solved a problem at work.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
