Contacted by a recruiter by email. Set up a brief phone interview. The company doesn't provide benefits for part-time employees so I was no longer interested in the position. Overall experience is ok. Doesn't seem like the company is interested in talent acquisition otherwise they would have offered an initial in person interview.

Average. Typical STAR Interview. Normal interview questions that were pretty easy to prepare for. I got an offer the very next day. I moved forward pretty fast because they really needed help and I was qualified for the position.

Interview
It took forever. I had a phone interview, and the next week I had my face to face. It was with someone totally different, then during the interview the Team Lead was very "show boat" type. I later got a phone call that said that I got the job, and that I had to do 10 years of home addresses and 10 years of work places. My paper work got messed up, and Eward Jones only does their "day one" every two weeks so I had to wait another two weeks to actually start the job.
