General interest about procurement and MCQ interactive assessment which was built on SHL you can practice but difficulty increases so you should practice math(probability, ratios, functions)
Three stages if I remember correctly with the last being case study using tableau software

Interview
Efficio’s Chicago interview process is pretty straightforward but very procurement-focused. It usually starts with a recruiter screen, then a numerical/data assessment, followed by a behavioral interview and a case study that’s more about finding cost savings or supplier improvements than a traditional market-sizing case. The final round is typically with senior people and focuses on fit, your interest in procurement consulting, and how you think through client problems. Overall, I’d expect it to feel analytical and practical, with a big emphasis on data, cost reduction, and implementation.
