Referred through a recruiter. Initial interview with PM, followed by technical interview with two team members. The second interview felt a bit like a fishing expedition, spending a lot of time on strategies covered by my team rather than projects I had been working on.

I spoke with the head of quant research. The interview was not technical and it was mainly focused on my past experience on option pricing, volatility modelling and systematic strategies. Never heard back from them since then.
