First interview was quick; just basic questions about yourself, and what you are expecting. Owner talked about the company quite a bit and what they do, who they work with, and their recent success., and growth. Had to fill out a survey, asking questions like what is marketing and for references. Second interview was job shadowing all day, and actually getting the whole feel of what it will be like on a day to day basis, with opportunity to ask a lot of questions and learn a lot.
