Phone interviewed two times over the phone with I am assuming the hiring manager. Led to believe that I was a top candidate due to the fact that he said my next interview would be with his supervisor. Never heard back. After a week sent a follow up email and still never heard back. I was also led to believe that they were hiring immediately.

Interview
Underwent three phone-based interviews, each of which I felt, according to the feedback, went extremely well. According to the interviewer, I was supposed to meet with upper echelon personnel but that never happened. I felt I was misled into believing that I was one of their top candidates only to be informed that they have moved on to other more qualified people. If I hadn't followed up with HR I feel like they wouldn't of let me know I wasn't selected, it was so abrupt.
