I had a simple walk through the shop, was shown the facilities, and met the other employees. Had an in person interview after they went over my resume. I had previous experience in the industry so it was fairly easy.

they asked about the software I would be using and If I were comfortable on Mac or PC. They also asked what the lowest compensation I would take would be, which should have been a red flag.
