1st a call with HR (online meeting), she explained the basics about the company and had the human and soft skills assessment here in a call that took about a hour. here I was also asked for a reference, who was asked their opinion between this and the next call.
about half a week later I got a second call (online meeting), this time with the Lead Integrations Architect to assess my technical skills and capabilities and to see if I would be a good fit for the current development team.
a couple of days later I was invited to the last chat, this time with the founder and CEO, this time in person at their office. I got positive assessments from HR and the technical lead and got offered the position a day after this chat.
