One introductory call, around 15 mins with HR. Classic call, give me your background, why Elixirr, why consulting. Then in person interview at their NYC office. Two group consulting activities, where you go over materials with group mates for 30 mins and then present to the "panel" for 10 mins. Also have a personal 2 minute pitch about what Elixirr can improve on as a company or a new area they should look into. After is the final day interviews.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Elixirr (Colchester, England) in Sept 2024
Interview
I enjoyed the interview process. It was thorough but everybody I spoke to was friendly and made me feel at ease. They brought in other team members at the final stage which opened up more discussion.

If you know a platform isn’t right for a client, do you continue with it based on your preference?
I applied online. I interviewed at Elixirr (London, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
After sending CV and Cover Letter, had a 15 min HR interview. Recruiter was very nice and it felt more like a chat, got asked only a couple of basic questions (Why Elixirr, why this role etc). Then got invited to an AC, which consisted of 2 group case studies, where you got given a case study to do in 30 mins and then present it + Q&A for 15 mins. Then one by one we had to present for 5 mins about something we got emailed a week in advance and had time to prepare. Got to speak to analysts and consulatnts throughout the day, and everyone was incredibly nice and friendly.
