Trial day with a panel interview with SLT which was beneficial and useful to get a sense of the environment as it is very "unique".
Interview with SLT was also useful as it's a chance to discuss creating a partnership to further the students' education.

30 minute Teams interview. Interviewer admitted to being underprepared. He conducted the interview in an unfinished building with poor network quality meaning I couldn't understand what he was saying. Not a good impression of the company. Questions were generic, with the interviewer admitting that too.
