Interview
Application sent via the website (CV and cover letter), first interview with the recruiter, second interview with the head of PM team, third interview was a case (preparation and discussion) with multiple roles attending.
The interview process was clearly explained to me during the first interview and I have always received feedback after each step.

The process was smooth, quick and efficient. Everything was made in 3 calls/meetings and the persons I got to meet had a very clear communication and were very transparent regarding the company and the job.

Interview
The interview process was very quick but a bit disorganized. The recruiter was not professional at all. She didn't confirm interview times and didn't even call to make the job offer. It was just an email template. I had been used to a much more professional interview process. During the first interview, she asked me what my salary expectations were, telling me she was on my side and would do everything she could to meet my expectations. At the end of the day, she offered me the minimum I had asked for and I realized a few months later that my colleagues in the same position with similar experience were being paid significantly more.
