Interview
After phone contacts, first interview with a HR employee (with a developer background), analyzing the CV and motivations but also asking basic OOP questions. Second interview with a senior developer asking a lot of technical questions (that you can actually answer if you have some experience) and with 2 managers exposing projects and how they work.

Could you explain the page lifecycle of an ASP.NET WebForms application ?
Friendly and responsive. Questions are more general to check your over all knowledge, not just one language and they have their own platform for it. They're not trying to trap you. They have a transparent process.
