If you selected, you will go to the next stage where you will interview with higher manager. There is where they will ask you to come to comapany, looking at the office, talk abou salary, and so on. First is being approach by the employee at linkedin then got phone call interview to confirm zoom interview session and briefly being told the job scope but not too details as said that will explain during interview
