I found the interview experience very fit oriented (behavioral). They have a strong preference for former engineering candidates. Two in-person interviews and six 30-min phone calls. The recruiter really wanted to know "why" you desire to work for Emerson. If you pass the initial screening, the recruiter will pass along your resume to the different business units.
