Before the interview, they gave me around 50 Q's exam for 30 min. was mostly logic, technical and math questions. then I was interviewed by two people. one of them is the area manger of the department which I applied for a position in. In total, they asked me about my CV, the work experiences and what I got out of them and some more deep questions about instruments I should work with to evaluate me. Then, they handed me around 7 stuffed pages with tables and graphs along with a 12-digits number and asked me to tell them a bolt's length from that number!
