2 step interview process. First interview with 2 senior accountants with Hr in attendance. Very focused on attributes they require from their team. Very upfront about expectations of the company and the month end process. Very detailed what they are looking for. Second interview was with Fd and team leader. Required a 10 minute presentation on a topic of their choosing with only a couple of days preparation. Second interview more relaxed than first.

Pretty gruelling … had to do a presentation on my favourite hobby (flying) … then was Interviewed by the current team to check I was not a psychopath. was a good interview though I recall.
