After shortlisting technical , selected for 2nd round .Took very time for HR / Director Round , suddenly denied to take the final round without any specific reason.Not conclude process.

Interview
At first it will be a phone interview with their recruitment agency to confirm all your qualifications, 2nd you will be scheduled for a phone interview with their HR at Emerson with your agreed date & time. Then technical interview will be held at their office once HR interview is done. But I did not finish the interview because the HR of Emerson don't know how to "Respect the applicants time" & keeps rescheduling my interview. It has been a week & they keep cancelling it.

Agency: Tell me about your self, then key words about the candidates that they are looking for. Usually HMI ,DCS , PLC Experience.

Interview
There is an aptitude test followed by a technical round. Upon getting selected there is an HR round.
The aptitude test has questions from English, logic and maths. The technical round had basic process related questions and questions on how a PLC/DCS works.
