4 interview rounds. First was the technical interview based upon the power plant controls and power plant operations. Aso questions based on the thermodynamics and fluid mechanics will be asked. More focus on the operation of the power plant and its related issues. Second was the HR round with the boss. And third was the HR round with HR asking about why do you want to work with us?

Two rounds.Telephonic and face to face interview. Both went smooth. Interview duration will be half an hour. All process completed in 1.5 month and not much negotiation should be expected.
