7 interviews w management. Each interviewer represented a different part of the IT organization. Each one asked a different set of questions. All were cordial. I was not kept waiting more than a day regarding employment. Actually, I knew before I left that I was hired and my salary was still being negotiated.

It was very long and unprofessional. Very senior folks didn't join and had to be delayed by 30 mins. Then the final round happened and no feedback came till 2 weeks

I applied through an employee referral. I first had a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then asked to come in for a day of interviews with line managers. Then, I didn't hear anything for almost 5 months. Finally got the job offer
