I applied online. I interviewed at Emerson (Austin, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
The phone interview was not too difficult. Discussed programming language questions as well as some simple algorithm. Something that any 2nd year computer science student can answer. The interviewer was friendly and kind. Next, for the in person interview, I was flied there the day earlier. The in person interview was a whole day interview. The highlight of the interview was a coding process where we were asked to perform coding in an hour and answer as many questions as possible. I finished about 7 out of 10 questions. And I thought I didn't do well. It turned out that I did well in the interview.
