I sent in my resume and cover letter and got a phone interview within the week; another week later I had an in-person interview. Within 3-4 weeks I had a job offer. I interviewed with my future direct supervisor both times.

The entire process was very easy - only about one week. I submitted a resume and cover letter, then heard back from the tutoring coordinator and was interviewed at the center itself. I got an offer immediately after the interview.
