Interview
They have you do a skills test right off the bat before even speaking to you. The instructions for the test are poorly written and seem slapped together. Completed it on time and correctly, then told they have too many candidates to speak to me further. I won't be applying here again and I will be discouraging colleagues from wasting their time on this organization.
