Emric interview questions

First I had an phone call interview with person from Human Resource Department in English and then I got invited to attend an interview with the Operation Manager. Done some IQ test and answering some interview question. After that I had an online interview through Skype with the Senior Software QA staff. After three interviews steps finally I got the call from HR for job offering and salary (should be negotiable but can't do some negotiation at all) and then move forward to sign off employment documents.
