It was a brief process. Not to long. Generic interview questions. I wasn't too nervous. Was looking into what I wanted to offer the company. Was interested in my career growth. Laid out all the details of the monthly and annual process.

All members of the team we’re friendly and easy to talk to. You will meet with multiple people in the group as well as Human Resources. Low stress environment.

Most of the questions were behavioral. Very few technical questions.

Interview
Outside recruiter sent my resume over, Went in for an interview. The interview was more of a conversation between me and 2 other employees (director and manager) for 2 hours than an actual interview. I was very impressed with the office and the intelligence of the employees that ETP has.
