The interactions with the recruiter exceeded my expectations, although the interaction with the CEO/Co founder disappointed me profoundly. I had a great interview and the CEO mentioned I was going to move forward in the process, but before that he asked me to fill out a questionnaire that consisted of 6 questions. I took my time to answer the questionnaire and it took me about an hour since it asked to be as detailed as possible and provide examples. I sent this to the CEO and I never heard back. It’s been three weeks. It’s rude and unprofessional to ask candidates to spend time on a task and not get back to them. I do not wish to work for a company that’s inconsiderate of someone’s time. You might be the CEO, but everyone’s time is important and you should treat people with respect. Extremely disappointed. I even sent a follow up email and never heard back. False promises and lies.
