First interview is very brief then you will be asked to take an assessment. The assessment is very simple computer literacy skills and a typing test. Next you will be asked to have a virtual 45 min interview. Roll play and situational questions.

It was very basic. Typical collections/customer service interview. The only thing out of the ordinary is that my interview was at 4 AM, but that was because I was interviewing for a 2 AM to 10 AM position

First was phone interview with Randstand staffing manager stephanie. Then in person interview with stephanie along w ijj th typing test, call center scenario multiple choice test. Then if you are selected you come in for job shadow about 45 minutes. Meet with floor manager. If they like you an offer will be extended!!

Interview
The interview process took roughly 2 weeks. I first got a phone interview then I went in for an in-person interview, she called me back the next day for a 2nd in-person interview with 2 managers. Once I got there only 1 manager was there. I then got called back that next day to meet with the manager that was not there. That same day I got a call about an offer.
