Applied through company website. Process took about 2 weeks. 2 online assessments (PI test, brain teasers) followed by one round of virtual interview (20-25 mins). The interview was fairly straightforward, with questions focused on previous work experience, knowledge of the company, and the externship program.

I got selected for an interview after two tests. one had brain teasers (50 questions, about 10-15 mins) and the other was behavioral. the brain teaser one, you need to answer as many as possible in that time frame and the more you get right the better. you also get practice questions so it's pretty easy.
