Was called for an interview by a HR consultancy firm. It is a very small set up in K.G.Marg, New Delhi. Met the Managing Director for the interview. They did not ask many technical questions as i had relevant experience. But the weird part of the interview was when they ask my DOB, Time and place of birth. This is because they want to see my astrological chart to see if i will fit well with the company. And on top of that they wanted my handwriting sample so that they could analyze my nature according to that. This was the most absurd interview that i have given so far, as in todays world, skills are what should be taken into consideration before hiring instead of these things. PLUS they informed me that the salary that they would offer me was half of what i was getting in my current job. So, i would definitely not recommend people to go for this company at all.
