With telephonic call, called for face to face interview which was very simple & relevant to profile. After satisfactory interview, asked about salary expectation & finalized with their minimum boundary line. Hopes were more than present salary but not accepted even paid less. Preference they are giving for local peoples. Local area is always preferable for native candidates.
