btech in ece is the minimum qualification for this post. its like enty level job. its not a rocket science interview. you just have to got good basic knowledge in our field. some practical knowledge and hands on experience is good for facing the interview.

Interview
The First round is a written exam which consists of questions related to core subjects EDC. The question paper has 4 sets of a,b,c,d. The marks are distributed as, 5 questions of 1 mark each and 5 questions of 3 marks each, Total 20 marks. The interview process is simple if you just prepare and go.

2) JFET and its construction. explain about input and o/p signals
3) Ttypes of communication, where do we use AM,FM
4) Full wave bridge rectifier construction and i/p and o/p signals
5)Universal gates and demorgan's theorem
