Essex Management interview questions

The interview took one hour and 30 minutes but it was set it up only one hour. It was a technical interview and coding. it was not hard however challenged.

The worst experience of my life 1st interview- via phone, asked tons of repetitive questions 2nd interview- in person, asked the same exact questions by the same people from the phone interview…. Told i was perfect for the job and they would like go ahead and do my back ground check so that they can set up an immediate start date Company goes radio silent for almost three weeks 3rd interview - in person with the same person from the last two interviews ….. was advised there would be a change in the position and they would live to have me on the team 4th interview - met with an assistant, wasn’t sure why 5th interview- met with the Board who seem to be clearly shocked by my gender and skin color Was then offered a role making 30k a year….. when the role i was interviewing for was 85k Horrible company to interview with
