Onprofessioneel. Niet goed voorbereid. Niet interesse in de kandidaat tonen. Met voorbeelden komen hoe ze mensen afschrikken en denken zo respect te krijgen van medewerkers. Vinden zichzelf (de twee directeuren die met elkaar getrouwd zijn) boven de mensen staan.

I was approached by recruiter. They asked for a one on one meeting at their office but I opted for a video call. There was no real interest in talking to me. Very stressful energy. I had to work hard to keep the conversation going. I think they were looking for something different from a Product Owner, although that is what the job profile was about
