3 interviews, with the CEO, co-founder and head of R&D. The interview with head of R&D involved a case study related to their work and they wanted a presentation of the possible causes of issues as well as a method to overcome them.

Question 1
They asked me general “tell me about a time when” questions. They want to see that you fit into a start up culture and you think critically.
