First "interview" was a group video call. Each attendee was muted and was required to show their camera. No one was allowed to ask questions or respond/speak, it was more an informational session. However, at the end of session we were told that we would learn whether or not we would advance to the next interview stage. I received a call back requesting my participation in the next interview step, but was confused as to how they selected me given that I was not asked any questions, asked for any documents/credentials, and all they had to base their decision off of was my looks through the video.
