I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Everforth CyberCoders (Irvine, CA) in Sept 2011
Interview
I applied for a job at CyberCoders as an Executive Recruiter. Shortly after, I received a call from a Director and we discussed my background, my interests in CyberCoders, and what a path to success at CyberCoders looks like. Later that week, I visited the Irvine HQ and met with a Director as well as CyberCoders CEO, Heidi Golledge. I was asked several questions about my relevant experience, why I wanted this job, and how driven I am to be successful. After leaving the interview, I wrote a thank you note to Heidi and addressed any concern that CyberCoders would have regarding my limited experience. I also detailed the expectations I had for myself to ensure to them that I would be a great hire. So far, I've lived up to everything I wrote and then some.

Interview
Easy, straight-forward interview. Recruiters are very nice and will work with your schedule. Will learn all the important details on the first call, no surprises later on. Recruiter also did not mind my dog making lots of noise at the delivery man.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Everforth CyberCoders in Jun 2022
Interview
Applied online and they reached out to set up initial interview. It was pretty easy and informal, typical first interview questions (get to know you and your experience). At the end she said to email the following morning if I wanted to move forward with the process or not, and why or why not. At the time I thought it was great because a lot of interviews you get all this info thrown at you then have to decide on the spot of you want to move forward (assuming they want to as well). Emailed the next morning I was excited about the opportunity and haven’t heard anything back. Sent two follow up emails the few weeks following the initial interview and nothing. Kinda sketch considering they’re a recruit company and can’t even recruit professionally. Just have bad vibes.
