I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Everway
Interview
Very welcoming and friendly team. Did not feel pressured or scrutinised. There was plenty of room to showcase skillset and answer questions comfortably and in reasonable time frame. Company and work explained very well.
The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Everway
Interview
1st phone call with recruiter, then a zoom call with the manager, after that I got to do a case. I got one week to prepare a presentation and then had to present to the manager and a collegeue.
The recruiter was very friendly to start with and was always quick to follow up, up until my last case presentation. The case presentation was hard since the people int the call didnt give me any sign of it being good/bad or right/wrong, it was like presenting to a wall. After that I got ghosted for over 4 weeks, until I got a standard "thanks but no thanks" e-mail. Such a humiliating e-mail to get when you spent a lot of time, hope and effort do deliver. I got too bummed to even answer and ask for feedback... Except for the initial very friendly treatment fromt he recruiter, the whole process felt bad.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Everway in Jan 2024
Interview
The process started strong: an organized, transparent recruiter and a thoughtful, values-driven hiring manager. After the first interview, I was told the team was excited to move forward.
Unfortunately, the final round felt very different. I was asked to begin by leading with my own questions, which felt more like a formality than a genuine continuation of the conversation. In hindsight, the interaction felt so disconnected that I question whether the final round was ever meant to be evaluative. A cross-functional manager entered with closed-off body language and asked questions in a sharp, defensive tone. The energy in the room shifted noticeably.
Rather than feeling thoughtfully evaluated, I left feeling unsettled by the sudden shift in tone and approach. There was little effort to re-engage or reset the dynamic, and the interview ended on a strained note. I followed up to express continued interest but received a generic rejection the next day.
I still believe in the company’s mission and hope their interview process continues to evolve to reflect the values they promote.
