Unfortunately, the interview process was poorly managed from start to finish.
The recruiter cancelled and rescheduled the interview three times, with the final cancellation coming less than 10 minutes before the call was supposed to begin, with no advance warning. That level of disrespect for a candidate's time is difficult to overlook.
To make matters worse, the role turned out to be heavily frontend-focused (React/Next.js), but none of this was reflected in the job description. Candidates had no way to tailor their experience accordingly, and the feedback only surfaced after the process was already terminated.
If you're applying here, go in with eyes open: the JD may not accurately reflect what they're actually looking for, and scheduling reliability seems to be an issue. The company's technical challenges may be interesting, but the candidate experience needs serious improvement.
