Interview
Motive for the interview is unclear towards suspicious. The owner/interviewee asked many questions about a much larger business setup, and not just logistics, but included marketing, type of sales representation. I "felt" the opening was used for information gathering on a different business.

The questions varied from marketing, sales management, warehouse management, business strategy. And although this is a relative small operation at the level of a small business with no more than 50 employees, the questions invariably took the direction of managing a substantial number of employees, inbound and outbound team organization, equipment usage, team organization, sales organization.
