The process was of three steps, phone interview initially, in person interview, and then meeting the General Manager in person as well. A significant amount of questions were repeated through the process. For the final interview stage they do ask you to do a series of business scenarios and saving documents.
I was quite interested in the initiatives they are taking and being a small part of a caring organisation but declined the role as I was shocked at the unprofessionalism of the General Manager including his use of language (telling me he called another employee that morning a c*nt) and not limited to having mentioned “I will tell you if you are not worth the air you’re breathing” as a small polite example of my interaction. I had been told extensively previous to my final meeting that they had great company culture and care for their staff and in the care homes. I left with a job offer but also a sick to my stomach feeling. I declined the role.
Hi there, I don't think this review is about Evolve Housing + Support in the UK but perhaps the organisation in Australia with the same name? We don't have any data entry positions at Evolve.
