Initial interview via Microsoft Teams. Second interview at company HQ in Coventry. List of questions used, but didn't stick to a strict script. Very conversational sort of interview. Felt like they wanted to get to know me as a person as well as assess my suitability for the job.

Interview
Was contacted by a member of the engineering team for an interview on-site. Regular questions, a geometric test and a brief tour of the facility.
Both interviewers were discouraging, one texted on their phone frequently and the other called me 'institutionalised'.
Was told I would contacted within the week and I haven't heard from them since.
