Two people who don't really have any HR training will interview you. You are asked questions about how you would handle certain situations and they talk about your experiences in the past. They tend to look for signs that you might quit then they don't bother. They want to identify those who are willing to be paid next to nothing for maximum work output and do heavy lifting work odd split shifts that consists of 4 hours early start at 4 am and another 4 hours that start at 8 until midnight.
