My first round was conducted on a virtual platform where I had to record my answers to 5 interview questions. It was relatively easy to do and the platform gives you the opportunity to practice a few times.
The next round was with the hiring manager and 2 members of the communications leadership team. The interview focused on STAR questions (which I feel are important) but there were very few questions about my overall experience.
I left the the (hour long) interview feeling like they didn’t really get a good grasp of my capabilities and what I was able to bring to the table.
