ExperCARE Urgent Care interview questions

I got contacted by management for the position. Spoke with 2 different individuals from upper management. I was informed that the process could take up to 2 months as they are trying to build a whole new team. I followed up with them after 2 months, then I was told that someone from HR will contact me which I got contacted after 2 weeks, and then again, I was told that the process will take 2 more months and I was okay to wait but from there I was ghosted out. I waited for almost 4 months, had 3 rounds of interviews and they didn't even bother to let me know that they are not proceeding with my application. This is unprofessional.
