Annalise Herbert did a spectacular job executing a well-prepared, productive interview. She took the time to introduce herself, and spelled out what the open job position entails in a detailed manner. She asked me a couple of questions and gained detailed insight of my resume, accomplishments and personality. Finally, she gave me the chance to ask questions. It was all done methodically.
