Interview
I already kind of knew what to expect just from reading the reviews of this place but I decided that I wanted to see for myself before I made a final judgement on the company. The first interview was a joke, you find yourself in a packed waiting room with 15 other ppl and daytime tv blaring from the flat screen. Some applying to one of the MANY companies that work out of that office. Interviewed with Mr. Tai who basically told me my experience and schooling didnt matter to him but he was looking for people with leadership qualities. Basically avoided every question I had regarding the company. He talked for awhile about how most of his current managers are lazy and dont deserve their jobs and how he is looking to replace them all.
Somehow made it past the first interview and was called for a "job shadow" the following day, decided to give it a try. I was supposed to start at 12, didnt meet with anyone until 1255 and was paired with this horrendous woman who had ZERO people skills or social skills. As I followed her into the elevator, in front of five other people, she started to quiz me on the company and how much research I did. When we made it downstairs she subtly brought up how we were on our way to parkside......IN THE BRONX. She bought herself a coffee and before we left I told her I wasnt sold and I dont like how she wasnt upfront about what we would actually be doing today and she looked at me and said "oh well if youre questioning it now you really wont be management material ever" and walked away from me in the middle of the street. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS IT IS A SCAM.

Interview
Very unprofessional! You have to wait with ton of people in a room where the TV on! They weren't clear from the beginning that it's only a recruiter and not a decent direct marketing company as mentioned on the website. The interviewer Mr. Tan will ask some questions about a leadership skills. While briefing on my pervious experience seems not listening nor understanding! then he will say in case if you selectef we will contact you but you never call to follow up. Anyways, it was a total waste of time.
I waited for about 15 minutes before getting called for my interview, which was brief since it was just the preliminary one for me to get to know them and viceversa. The questions were all about leadership, and the guy told me he did not care about my education but just my leadership skills, which I did not fully appreciate. He asked me a lot of questions but did not answer mine fully.
