The interview process is peaty simple.By simple I really mean that as long as you show up they will most likely hire you as long as your not a complete moron. They go after the throw as much "poop" at the wall and see what sticks approach to hiring personnel.

Question 1
There are no difficult questions, just show up and be nice!
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at F.M.A. Congresses (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2010
Interview
You enter a building that looks like a warehouse and that is their office. The elevators are a bit confusing.
You come through the door and you are told to filled the fill out an application form which is basically everything in your submitted resume in a different order. That way, they can read easier without reading your resume if they wish. Personally, I think if there are application forms, they should be done online with the online submission.
Two Managers, including your direct team manager who asks you your personal experience for a few minutes and then spends the rest of the time presenting the job description and the commission scale structure. My perception is that they already know they want to hire you when you come through the door because it is a very new company and they need people with or without sponsorship/sales experience. The managers are very nice and seemed to be impressed with every word they heard, which was nice.
"The offer of acceptance" phone call came a couple of days afterwards. The training of the sales script was immediately afterwards - which I declined.
