Interview
I went for an interview around 2 years ago and had a very disturbing experience. I was interviewed in the Brick Lane office by the co-founder of the agency who seemed to have no knowledge of my CV as he asked me to explain every single thing mentioned in it. He asked me lots of inappropriate questions such as whether I had plans to get married soon, if I had any children, how much I drink on a weekly basis. After the "interview" he asked me to give him advice on how to grow the agencies social media channels and how they could approach potential new business.

Interview
I had a brief introduction to the company and the mission, then was asked to describe my experience I think is relevant, tell more about myself and such. We discussed the current strategies and what would I bring to the table.
