The process at FD is very straight forward. They had a phone screening, followed by a meeting with two of the VPs to whom this position was supposed to report directly. I think that this was a good way to do it, as the folks who have to manage the person were the ones doing the interviewing. They were very responsive to questions and quite friendly. It came down to me and one other person, but alas they went with the other guy.
