Initial interview was over the phone with HR personnel. We briefly discussed my qualifications, interest in the position, and background. About a week later, I received an email to setup my first panel interview. I met with two individuals from the department. Everyone was very friendly. The interview went really well, so I was hoping for an offer but I received a request for a second panel interview. This interview also went pretty well. I was then scheduled for an interview a week later with VP. Ultimately, another candidate was selected.
